Mind Body Medicine

Mind-Body Medicine is grounded in the belief that health is not just the absence of disease, but a dynamic balance between mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being. This approach emphasizes the body's natural ability to heal when supported by awareness, alignment, and intention.
