A Moment Held in Time

There’s something about seeing a moment as a painting…
It slows everything down.
Makes you pause.
Makes you notice what you might have otherwise missed.
A reminder that every moment we live
is quietly becoming a memory.
This one doesn’t feel too long ago
the day we stood on stage at Oxford University, sharing insights on Vedic astrology,
while mum spoke about Advaita.
A moment where we shared not just ideas, but our visions.
And in that quiet exchange, we folded into each other’s strength
holding space, supporting, understanding… without needing words.
A simple moment, but one that meant a lot.
Not just standing there, but standing together
carrying our roots, our learning, our journey.
Looking back now, it feels still… almost held in time.
And I realise, these are the moments we don’t fully understand while living them
but later, they become the ones we return to.
Grateful for this one.
