Bio-HomeoStasis: First Homeopathy Practice-Based Research Network

Updated: 11 hours ago

A defining moment in the advancement of integrative medicine is unfolding.

Under the visionary leadership of Dr Geeta Khubchandani and Dr Neha Sharma, and in partnership between Faith Homeopathy, Aarogyam UK CIC, and BioWellness Care UK, the first Homeopathy Practice-Based Research Network (H-PBRN) — Bio-HomeoStasis — has been launched.

This pioneering network unites homeopathic physicians, patients, and researchers across regions to create a dynamic, evidence-informed framework that reflects real-world outcomes. It marks a historic step toward a more transparent, collaborative, and practice-led model of homeopathic research.

Why This Matters

For decades, homeopathy has thrived in practice, but struggled in research representation. The lived results of thousands of clinics worldwide have rarely been captured through structured, comparable data. Traditional research models, while scientifically rigorous, often miss the nuance of individualised treatment, long-term recovery patterns, and the holistic nature of patient progress that homeopathy so uniquely provides.

The result has been a persistent gap — between what practitioners see daily and what is published or recognised in scientific literature. Bio-HomeoStasis was created to bridge this divide — turning the collective wisdom of practitioners into measurable, peer-reviewed, and ethically managed evidence.

The Conceptual Framework

The conceptual foundation of this initiative was co-developed by Dr Geeta Khubchandani and Dr Neha Sharma, combining decades of clinical, academic, and policy-level experience. Their shared vision was simple yet revolutionary: to design a Practice-Based Research Ecosystem where every patient encounter, every case observation, and every physician’s insight contributes to the broader knowledge of what works — and why.

With the operational guidance of Faith Homeopathy and the academic and infrastructure support of Aarogyam UK CIC and BioWellness Care UK, the framework now stands ready to be implemented across multiple regions. The first phase has included 32 physicians participating in the network’s founding cohort — representing a unified global community committed to documenting outcomes, sharing insights, and collectively advancing the evidence base of homeopathy.

Collaboration at the Core

Bio-HomeoStasis is not a top-down research project; it is a living network that values each practitioner’s experience. Data collected through anonymised, ethically approved registries will reflect real-world outcomes, treatment timelines, and patient-reported well-being indicators. The process will maintain clinical autonomy while fostering scientific credibility — a balance long needed in complementary and integrative medicine.

Through continuous feedback, shared analytics, and joint publications, participating physicians will engage in a cycle of learning where practice informs research, and research, in turn, refines practice.

From Evidence to Empowerment

This initiative reflects a broader transformation: the recognition that evidence is not only generated in laboratories or academic centres — it is co-created wherever compassionate, methodical care takes place. By making clinical practice transparent and measurable, Bio-HomeoStasis gives homeopathy a stronger, data-driven voice within global health dialogue.

It also empowers practitioners and patients alike. Physicians gain access to collective insights that improve clinical accuracy, while patients benefit from a care system that values their real-world outcomes as a form of evidence in itself.

“Bio-HomeoStasis is a movement from isolation to integration — where every clinic becomes a centre of learning and every physician a contributor to science.”

The Road Ahead

In the months ahead, Bio-HomeoStasis will publish its conceptual and methodological framework, co-authored by Dr Geeta Khubchandani and Dr Neha Sharma, outlining how practice-based research can transform both the credibility and quality of homeopathic care. The initial 32 physicians joining the network represent a shared journey — one that transcends borders, uniting clinics from the UK, India, and other regions into a cohesive research community. Their work will culminate in the first series of Homeopathy Practice Evidence Reports, to be released in 2026 under the joint banner of Aarogyam UK CIC and BioWellness Care UK.

A Milestone in Integrative Evidence

For Vedansh Ventures and its allied initiatives, this marks more than an organisational achievement — it represents a philosophical shift toward whole-system science. Bio-HomeoStasis embodies the belief that real-world evidence is not separate from compassion, and that care, when studied collectively, becomes a catalyst for both trust and transformation.

To the physicians, patients, and researchers joining this journey — your commitment is the bridge between tradition and tomorrow.

“We are not just proving that homeopathy works — we are showing how it works, for whom, and why that matters.”
